Course Overview
“The more energy or life force you can awaken and cultivate in your body, the greater your capacity to feel consciousness” (John Wineland, Facebook page).
With an increased awareness in life force and energy comes a greater sensitivity to all forms of energy. This is the primary purpose for offering this introductory course in Shamanic Chinese Medicine. Intuitive powers will strengthen, and with regular practice of qigong exercises, breathwork and meditation, one will begin the process of purifying the body of lower energy vibrations and building life force energy, or Qi. Through the process, one will become more conscious of one’s own energy, the energy in others, and all the subtle realms of energy that surround us that can impact our health and wellness.
Shamanic Chinese medicine is rooted in the practices of the shamans of ancient China. This secret knowledge was handed down through lineages and the information was vigorously guarded; it has only recently been shared with the Western world. The foundational metaphysical teachings of this knowledge are embedded in, and cannot be separated from, the Chinese/eastern culture. This foundational knowledge of Qi, or energy, forms the basis of all Chinese medicine healing practices. Its history extends back thousands of years.
This program is an introduction to Shamanic Chinese Medicine. It is offered through 4 consecutive modules, each 32 hours in duration. Each module is taught over two weekends (~ one seminar per month), and includes a combination of qigong history and theory, and opportunities to apply the theory. There will be opportunities to practice what one is learning through conducting in-person as well as distance healing sessions (with people, animals), and sharing exercises with family, friends, and other students.
Note: we reserve the right to change the format of the program (in-person or online) should the need arise
